District simulation
The developer’s performance system distinguishes NPCs outside the player’s district, unseen NPCs in the current district and visible characters. That confirms districts are a meaningful world structure, but official materials do not yet provide a complete public district list.
Location page standard
A location page must offer a map position or clear route, services, characters, quests, opening conditions and nearby landmarks. Screenshot galleries without navigation value will not be indexed as standalone location guides.
