More than 130 characters have goals, backgrounds and personalities. Interaction choices can lead to different dialogue and outcomes in their connected side quests.
Spoiler-safe documentation
Character and quest pages will label the decision point before hiding consequences behind spoilers. A relationship effect must be tied to a verified choice, quest state or dialogue outcome rather than inferred from tone.
