What the developer confirmed
ION LANDS says more than 1,000 fish can be simulated at once. The fish visible before a catch is the same entity the player catches. Fish also emit a warm glow, with the lighting rendered at reduced resolution to control GPU cost.
Future fish guides
Individual pages will document verified species, water location, time or weather conditions, bait behavior, uses and value. No fish names or rarity claims will be published from screenshots alone unless identification is reliable.
